Notice:
Due to the limitation of available session rooms, some papers are to be presented by posters. Both poster presentation and oral presentation are the same, and all papers will be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI. Poster Presentation is same important as Oral Presentation. If you do not make your presentation, your paper may NOT be included in IEEE Explore and indexed by EI.

1. POSTER at the Conference
The organizing committee will show the poster PPT document that authors submitted in final submission files, and put them on the poster sessions. The authors of poster sessions do not need to do it, but at least one author presents during the poster session.

2. Poster Presentation Timing
The 60-minute Poster session is divided to two parts, 30 minutes for odd-number papers and 30 minutes for even-number papers. For each part, the first 15 minutes are for Powerpoint show and the last 15 minutes for discussion. You can use the Raise Hand Function in Zoom software to remind the staff to turn on your microphone for communication.

3. Presentation Schedule
1) Please stay in the online meeting room of your presentation during your poster presentation period which has been scheduled by IEEE ICMA 2020.
2) Please explain your work and answer questions from audiences, in the phase of discussion.
