Presentation Instructions

Timing:
Oral Paper Presentation:
Each paper will be allocated 15 minutes in total, including 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Question&Answer. Please carefully keep the time, prepare your Powerpoint well in advance, and get ready for your presentation. The timekeeper will be activated once you start to share your screen.

The session chair will be responsible to keep the session on time, thus notifying each speaker about time limitations.
To avoid any technical problems and unnecessary delays, it is important that each speaker comes to his/her session 10-15 minutes in advance to check the equipment that will be used. Each speaker should also revise his/her display name to notify the session chairs of his/her presence.
If you are a session chair, please use real name-Session Chair, e.g., Bart Simpson-Session Chair.
If you are an oral speaker of this session, please use real name-Session Title(Presentation Number), e.g., Bart Simpson-TP1-6(2).
If you are an audience, please use real name-Audience, e.g., Bart Simpson-Audience.
Tips:

1.You can test your computer video and microphone device before the presentation
